The photographer failed to capture our ceremony one of the most important moments and showed no empathy regarding the situation. We spoke with the owner, Damian, who stated he would follow up with us on 01/20/2026. To date, we have not heard anything back, which is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I do want to acknowledge that Marlene and the woman who assisted me the day of the event were the only individuals who made the experience somewhat pleasant. Gina was assigned as my event coordinator; however, it felt like everything was handled at a bare minimum level, with little care or attention to detail. At this point, it feels like once payment was received, our concerns no longer mattered. We initially wanted to wait and see how the situation would be resolved, but the continued lack of communication has only reinforced our concerns. What truly made the difference, though, was the staff. They were professional, organized, and incredibly attentive. Every detail was handled smoothly, allowing us to relax and actually enjoy our wedding day without stress. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly. Communication leading up to the event was also fantastic—quick responses, helpful guidance, and genuine care for making our vision come to life. If you’re looking for a venue that combines beauty, professionalism, and an amazing experience, this is the place. The wedding planning has gone very smooth so far, Alexyis has been our wedding helper throughout the way as well. When Alexyis was out for a short time, the rest of the reception palace’s staff was a great help in assisting me with any questions I had as my wedding approached. The vendors are also a pleasure to work with. The cake testing was great and all the vendors have a really nice personality. Arvida middle school PTSA has chosen this venue for the end of year dance over the years. This venue and team is fantastic. They go out of their way to ensure you will have a successful event.
