My fiancé and I are getting married in September, and our wedding coordinator, Alexys, has been absolutely wonderful. She communicates everything clearly and thoroughly. Not only did she help us feel comfortable, but she is also very helpful and makes the planning process easy to understand. She offers her opinions in a considerate and non-pushy manner. From the color schemes to the napkins, flowers, and vases, she has been exceptional throughout. I highly recommend booking her for your next wedding or event. My mom is a big fan of Alexys and couldn’t stop praising her; she answered all of our questions patiently and never made us feel rushed. Reception Palace Ballrooms is an excellent venue for a one stop memorable event. Their attention to details are truly without comparison. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to provide a truly magical experience.
